Located in Larnaca's most prosperous coastal commercial area, the Kition Luxury Apartment offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea from its east, south, and north sides. With a total construction area of approximately 24,000 square meters and a height of 91.9 meters, this apartment building stands as an architectural marvel.

The Kition Luxury Apartment boasts a range of exceptional amenities, including a fitness club, an aerial swimming pool, a restaurant, and an art gallery. These facilities provide residents with a luxurious and convenient lifestyle, enhancing their overall living experience.

One of the notable challenges faced during the design process was the limited area of the base, which needed to accommodate a minimum of 130 parking spaces. To overcome this obstacle, the design team opted for an intelligent three-dimensional parking system. By eliminating ramps and lanes, this system maximizes efficiency and controls parking times within 2 minutes. It is worth noting that this parking system is the largest intelligent automatic parking system in Cyprus.

The Kition Luxury Apartment is a testament to the innovative and practical approach of Link Architectural Design Consultant. The project commenced in 2018 and has since become a prominent landmark in Larnaca. Its unique design, coupled with its prime location and exceptional amenities, sets it apart from other apartment buildings in the area.
